Naughty Biscotti Guarantee
Naughty Biscotti guarantees full and complet satisfaction.
If your order does not meet with your total and complete satisfaction,
simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt in exchange
for a replacement or refund.
Special care is taken when shipping Naughty Biscotti
to our customers. We offer standard (3-7 business days) or
3 day express shipping. Because temperatures may vary across
the country, we choose not to ship over the weekend in order
to ensure premium quality upon arrival. Therefore we cannot
guarantee Monday deliveries. As most of our biscotti flavors
are drenched in chocolate we take extra special care when shipping
during the warm months. To ensure premium satisfaction upon
receipt, the product is packed in climate control packaging. |
